Before You Book

What is the best time to visit for stargazing?
New moon nights and the weeks around them offer the darkest skies and the most stars. July–September is peak season for Milky Way viewing. November–February is excellent for Orion and winter constellations. Any clear night is genuinely spectacular.
Can I visit without an overnight stay?
Currently Novae Glamp operates as an overnight glamping retreat. Day visit packages for school groups are available — contact us with your group size and we'll share details and pricing.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3–7 days receive a 50% refund or a free reschedule. Less than 72 hours — we offer a reschedule credit valid for 60 days.
What if the weather is bad?
All activities except stargazing run regardless of weather. If cloud cover prevents stargazing, we run an indoor astronomy session and offer a free reschedule for the sky portion of your stay at no extra charge.
Are children allowed? Any age restrictions?
Children of all ages are welcome. The property is enclosed and safe for young children. Telescope sessions are suitable from age 5+. Specific activities like water rockets are designed for students aged 10+.
Is food included and can you accommodate dietary needs?
Yes — snacks, dinner and breakfast are included in every stay. Vegetarian, vegan and Jain options are available. Please mention any dietary requirements at the time of booking and we'll accommodate them.
