Events & Celebrations FAQs

How many guests can you accommodate for an event?
Our standard event capacity is 30–80 guests for seated dinner events and up to 100 guests for standing cocktail or outdoor gathering formats. For intimate events of 10–20 people, we can arrange a more private, exclusive-feeling setup. For events above 100, contact us to discuss a full-property exclusive booking.
Can we do a day event or does it have to be overnight?
Both options are available. Day events (10 AM–8 PM) cover all activities, lunch and dinner. Overnight events include accommodation for those who wish to stay. For proposals and milestone celebrations, we strongly recommend at least one overnight stay — the early morning after is often the most memorable part.
How much advance notice do you need to plan an event?
Simple birthday setups can be arranged with 5–7 days notice. More elaborate events — sangeet nights, weddings, proposal setups with custom décor — need 2–3 weeks minimum. New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day events should be booked 4–6 weeks ahead as these dates are fully booked well in advance.
Do you handle the catering or do we arrange our own?
All food is prepared in-house by our kitchen team. Outside caterers are not permitted. Our event menus are customised to your occasion — from standard buffet dinner to themed spreads, cocktail snack stations and special dietary accommodations. Share your requirements at enquiry stage and we'll build a menu proposal.
Can guests who don't stay overnight still attend the event?
Yes. Events can include both overnight guests and day guests. Your event attendees can arrive from 4 PM and depart by midnight or 1 AM if they're not staying overnight. Overnight guests remain until checkout at 10:30 AM. We'll coordinate logistics for both groups clearly at the planning stage.
What is the pricing structure for events?
Event pricing is based on the number of guests, the activities and add-ons selected, and the stay type for overnight guests. We don't publish a fixed event package price because every celebration is different. WhatsApp or email with your brief and we'll send a detailed, itemised quotation within 24 hours.
